ABOUT

EXHIBIT A — THE AUTHOR,
IN THE FIELD

I’m the person founders trust to own the product end to end.

I built the roadmap at Evergrow (a seed-stage clean energy finance startup), led a company pivot as a co-founder at MixLife, and was a founding team member on three new product areas at YouTube, including YouTube Kids and Music Key, the subscription that became YouTube Premium. Across roles and industries, I love complex problem-solving in service of tangible needs.

HIGHLIGHTS

  1. Took the founder’s vision at Evergrow and built the platform that ran it. We cut diligence time 75% and raised AI extraction accuracy by 50%, to over 90%.
  2. Co-founded MixLife and led the pivot that grew course revenue 28x with an average recommendation score of 9.2/10. We validated mental health outcomes in a clinical pilot with UCSF’s Stress Measurement Network.
  3. Led UX for YouTube Kids across five platforms while downloads grew 352% to 82.6 million at a sustained 4.7+ rating.
  4. Managed multi-disciplinary teams, including at YouTube Kids and Learning (10 UXers), and Evergrow’s entire technical function (three engineers and a designer) through a five month leadership transition.
  5. Now building All Inbox solo, covering product, design, and AI-assisted development, for hands-on experience.

This is primarily new product work, either new areas inside companies or complete rebuilds of earlier MVPs. I’m most useful in the part of a company where structures are just getting started and roles are loosely defined. As a manager, I take teams from the chaos of needs discovery to strong functions with organized processes and plans. Most recently, I’ve been exploring how design tools and processes evolve with AI-enabled product development.

EXHIBIT B — A DAY OFF

I make things outside of work, too.

My best day off is a hike with a travel watercolor kit, or a picnic with my daughter and husband. I always have a creative project in the works, whether it’s an art project, a renovation, or an adventure to plan.

Let’s work together.

If you’re looking for a multi-disciplinary leader who can adapt as the work changes, let’s connect.

I’m looking for a team solving meaningful user problems, already working in new ways with AI or needing help with the transition. I’ve made lots of big jumps in my career, from consumer to B2B, and research to design to product to building with AI. I ramp fast in unfamiliar territory and can lead a team through it too.
